Act of Kindness Day 24: Be Kind To Children

“Christmas is a special time for everyone, but none more so than kids. So for this penultimate AoK, we want you to spread the joy and wonder of the season by being kind to children. Whatever you choose, remember that while childhood doesn’t last forever, our inner child is always there just below the surface. So as you do this AoK take time to close your eyes, connect with your younger self, and recreate that childhood Christmas magic.”

Mission Accomplished: Keeping family traditions alive and creating new ones is the best way for me to create that “childhood Christmas magic.” As my family continues grow up, I strive to keep the old rituals of their childhood, however, it doesn’t always happen. So we take the old tradition and make it different to fit how our family has evolved. Tonight, however, we will all sit in the light of the tree and take in our tradition of Peace.
