1-cup pumpkin

1 frozen banana

1 cup almond milk (or coconut)

2 T pecans

½ t real maple syrup

½ t pumpkin pie seasoning

¼ t vanilla extract

1 scoop Sunwarrrior Classic Protein Vanilla (optional)

Makes 2 servings
