Recently I took part in the first ever STOTT PILATES stability Barre certification course. It was incredibly fun and amazing! I am a Pilates person and also love to dance, so this was a wonderful mixture of them. Don’t worry, there is not a lot of dance but it makes you feel like a dancer since you are at the ballet barre.
What is Barre you ask?
“Barre is a fusion of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training choreographed to music.
