This is my favorite quote and very fitting for Book Body Soul. It has meant many things to me at different periods of time in my life.  It is only when we really look within ourselves, to see what unfolds us to the world, can we become the best at ourselves. Many things happen to shape us and there are many things ahead of us that are unknown. What lies within our body and soul make up the book we show to the world.
